How It Works
The Springboard Program is generally taught in groups of 12 or more people, and organised by companies, community organisations, outreach programs, women's networks, and other organisations committed to growing the women that they service or employ.
What Makes Springboard Different
Many programs that promote the development of women are geared toward professionals already in management positions, and teach concepts and goals. Springboard is designed for women in non-managerial positions, and provides real tools and a proven process that helps individuals develop the right mindset and take their own steps toward self-improvement.
Personal agendas are also established, and can include such outcomes as building self-confidence, sorting out difficult relationships and developing assertiveness.
Springboard is personalised by the individual.
Springboard consists of 5 ingredients:
- A 300-page self-paced workbook [Australian]
- Workshops which augment and expand upon the material in the workbook
- Personal and professional networking
- The provision of role models
- A solid support network

The topics covered in the Springboard Program include:
- Assertiveness
- Setting goals
- What you've got going for you
- Finding support
- The world about you
- Blowing your own trumpet
- More energy, less anxiety
- Making things happen
- Your personal resource bank
- Balancing home and work
- Networking
- CV's and interviews
